When Your Company Is on the Decline

This video was created for the aspect of speaking about how we address some of the issues related to work culture. As a leader ensuring a business is within company guidelines and policies. I've seen good and bad practices, generosity and retribution. I've been wanting to do these kinds of for a while but I don't want it to seem that I'm biased as that is not my intention.
